“My time taking classes with You was well spent! Roy helped me get over my fear of forge welding and now I look for opportunities to forge weld instead of avoiding them. I highly recommend taking a class with You if you need help with any topic related to forging. He is a great guy and well rounded from all forging perspectives, with a great family to boot!”

"I am so grateful for the two days I spent with Roy at Christ Centered Ironworks. Roy not only taught me the basics of blacksmithing, but he took the time to carefully answer every question (and helped me figure out the questions I didn’t know I had). Roy is an excellent teacher and his family was very welcoming. There’s just not a substitute for having someone teach you in person. I am looking forward to the next time I can come back!"

"There is more to forging than hammer, anvil, and steel. Roy and Jessica have showed me what It means to be a true blacksmith. Failure, ingenuity, and love for creating are the keys for being a good smith. "
